Mediterranean-style house in Palma de Mallorca, based on our Bonn model from the new 111 catalogue, with an area of 510 m² and three floors, including a large basement or garage for cars and a spacious storage room.

It has an L-shaped floor plan with a spectacular and impressive entrance through a large pivoting door that opens onto a room with a Japanese or cantilevered staircase.

A Mediterranean-style prefabricated house that uses materials such as engineered wood. In addition, natural stone and ceramic cladding have also been used in the construction of this modular home to create continuity between interior and exterior spaces.

Design and elegance

On the main floor are these spectacular staircases that provide access to the two areas into which the house is divided: the main floor and the upper floor. The main floor is dedicated to the day area.

On the upper floor, on the other hand, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a large dressing room and a spacious bathroom that is set back for privacy.

A sophisticated interior design for a customised modular house

In addition, we also find a large living area or play area with double height that visually connects with the living room. Finally, there are three bedrooms with built-in bathrooms, reminiscent of the distribution of hotel rooms and facing the pool.

Comfort on three floors

The realisation of this project went through various phases. First, one of the models from our catalogue of 111 modular houses, the Bonn model, was used as a starting point. This design consists of an L-shaped floor plan, but due to the characteristics of the client’s plot, a linear structure was designed to optimise the use of the plot.
