Modulares Haus von 407 m² verteilt auf zwei Etagen. Diese Etagen sind L-förmig und außerdem nutzt die Struktur des Hauses seitliche Volumetrie. Wir können die Anwesenheit von Überhängen sehen, die Veranden schaffen, und somit ein Spiel von Licht und Schatten. Die Proportionen der Vordächer betonen die Horizontalität des Entwurfs. Dadurch erhält das Wolfsburger Modell eine sehr schlanke Präsenz.
