What do luxury houses have? guest area

The question is clear: what do luxury flats have? An exclusive guest area makes all the difference. Welcoming friends and family as comfortably as possible was one of the aims when designing this inHAUS luxury home. It is two houses in one. And one of them is designed to fulfil all the needs of visitors.
In this case, the smaller of the two built volumes has, among other things, a living room with a minibar. And, of course, direct access to the outdoor area, pool and garden, as in this customised house.

One of the possibilities in a luxury home is to have a double kitchen. On the one hand, a front kitchen: an area with the essentials, a small area for preparing simple dishes. On the other hand, a counter kitchen that is closed or covered by a partition wall. This has a larger space and everything you need to cook for dozens of guests.
In addition, the master bedroom with its own bathroom can include an anteroom with a seating area, for example. It’s also a pleasure to have different corners and spaces for reading. Or to work quickly and easily. Comfort and luxury are well combined in the inHAUS designs.

Luxurious bathroom and chill out

First-class qualities are not only to be seen in the communal areas, outdoors or with access for visitors. It is therefore also necessary to take care of the most intimate and relaxing spaces. For example, the bathrooms. This is what luxury homes have: real spas(salus per aqua, health through water). In this case, it can be an integrated room with a whirlpool and a hydromassage shower covering several square metres.
Or a steam bath. And, of course, always a private bathroom with access to the master bedroom and a personal dressing room.

Swimming pools in premium homes

There are also a variety of dressing rooms that become rooms in their own right. There are play or leisure areas for adults, quiet zones in the rooms and different heights.
