Industrialised concrete house Bogenhausen model

A prefabricated concrete house from our catalogue

This Mediterranean-style house in Mallorca is based on the Bogenhausen model from the inHAUS Collection 111 catalogue. Minimalist and with the Mediterranean essence that characterises the islands, the house consists of two floors in an L-shape on the ground floor. This shape is created by the arrangement of two volumes in the central space.

The volumetry is designed to shade the various terraces, making the house more energy efficient, especially in hot climates. With a total area of 261 m², the house also has an outbuilding containing a fitness room with a direct view of the swimming pool.

The covered entrance to the villa is formed by the volume of the upper floor. The porches of the house form three terraces, one for each room, giving each of the rooms more privacy and independence.

The surfaces of the natural stone façades were finished in the factory and transported without any problems, complying with the regulations in terms of modulation, weight and transport. All thanks to our standardised factory processes and our EMOHA construction system with its modular concrete and steel structure.

This project was the first contact with one of our builders, who decided to repeat the experience with us a second time to build his house for sale, which is already a success story.

Modular concrete house on Mallorca

This industrialised house in Mallorca is designed so that all rooms on the ground floor have a view of the swimming pool and garden and all rooms are filled with light.

Noble elements such as wood and stone in the interiors and on the façade connect the house with its surroundings and the landscape and convey a feeling of calm and serenity.

On the ground floor there is a suite with a large dressing room, a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a shower, whose views offer a visual experience in the purest Mediterranean style: the gravel, the vegetation, the swimming pool and the natural stone on the façade. It also has three further bedrooms on the upper floor and three bathrooms.

Noble materials inside

The interior is dominated by the living room and the staircase that connects the floors and opens to the outside via the veranda. The ground floor is completed by a dining-living room, which is open to the veranda through large windows, and a large functional kitchen with an island.

The master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom completes the L and frames the outside area. The staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom, separated from the rest of the house to create more privacy.

Precious materials are the protagonists inside the house, echoing the exterior aesthetics that characterise the project.
