A spectacular cantilever swimming pool in our Lindenthal catalogue house, a special kind of prefabricated house. 100% customised to the taste of its owners. Designed by an architect and practically made to measure, this house became one of the catalogue models we offer after its success: Lindenthal model. It consists of two floors cantilevered on a very irregular and earthy plot (upper floor) and another cantilevered (lower floor).

The special feature is the colour accents on the outside. Cheerful tones reminiscent of the motifs of Mexican festivals, at the express wish of the owners. There is also a swimming pool with a view of the mountains on the cantilever, which lightens up the façade and makes it dynamic.

Situated on a 1,800 metre plot with an imposing forest, this O-shaped house is complemented by a pool more than 40 metres long with almost 30 square metres of water.

A swimming pool made of concrete, 100% with inHAUS technology. A large, 12 metre long pool supported by mighty pillars. As if floating in the air. An infinity pool with a view of the horizon. A structure with an overhang of almost 9 metres and a weight of 15 tonnes that gives the whole thing personality.

The installation of the completely prefabricated concrete pool was installed and completed on the same morning as the house.

Access to the house is via the upper part of the plot, from where a footbridge leads to the front door. The living area (kitchen, dining room and living room) and the master suite are located on this first floor.

The large eat-in kitchen leads out onto an L-shaped terrace and the infinity pool.

The lower floor, located at the bottom of the sloping plot, houses the remaining bedrooms and rooms, such as a laundry room and a second living room used for leisure and games. There is also a study, a gallery and a laundry room, another living room and a lower terrace with more privacy.
