You enter this modular house through a revolving wooden door. As you enter the house, you find the entrance hall, a study on the right and a living room on the left. There is also a bathroom next to a single bedroom.

On the upper floor of the house are the bedrooms, a master suite and two single rooms next to the bathroom. On the facade of the house we find notorious L-shaped volumes made with white monolayer and a ceramic material. The façade is also clad with technical wood that extends from floor to ceiling, giving more brightness to the interior.

A sophisticated interior for a prefabricated house with a private courtyard

The kitchen is open to the living room, which gives a greater feeling of spaciousness. In the kitchen of bc3 we find the laundry room, which protrudes into the kitchen so that visually it is not noticeable that it is located here.

From the living room we have access to the large porch that this house has, through which you can access the garden and the pool this has the same ceramic coating that has all the exterior paving.
