Modular house in Spain, in Alicante, with a clear high-tech style based on one of our prefabricated houses from catalogue 111: the Frankfurt model. This house has a total surface area of approximately 286 m² distributed over two floors.

A house that stands out for its modern and functional aesthetics, for its layout in an E-shaped floor plan that allows different views of the landscape and orientations on the plot, for elements that show the modern architectural essence of this house, such as the use of LED lights to highlight the overhangs, the use of materials such as porcelain and technological wood.

The façade shows the contrast that this house reflects both inside and out. The joinery is in the same shade of brown as the technological wood used to achieve a greater contrast.

An interior full of of contrasts

Inside the house, there are four rooms spread over two floors. On the lower floor, we are greeted by a large open-plan space comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. Three rooms that are superficially separated by a small wall in the centre.

On the lower floor we also find the master suite of the house, with a large bathroom and a dressing room. In addition to an incredible terrace overlooking the day area.

In general, the spaces and the choice of materials have been focused on the taste of the clients, a modern style and tone. Therefore, we find strong contrasts in the interior of the house, as is the case of the kitchen. A kitchen with dark materiality in contrast with a light-coloured floor. An example of design that exudes personality and luxury.

The design and construction of this luxury modular home is based on the choice of one of the models from the inHAUS catalogue of 111 modular homes. The Frankfurt model adapted to all the needs and requirements of our clients, who opted for the model and only changed the distribution of the rooms inside. An E-shaped floor plan distribution that allows different orientations of the house on the plot and an open cube that pursues a modern aesthetic and a high-tech style with LED elements and new technologies.
