A summer house with Balinese natural stone on the façade

A new challenge for inHAUS: the fusion of two concepts and styles: the oriental style of Bali and the Mediterranean style. The combination of Mediterranean style and a touch of Southeast Asian luxury are the protagonists in this modular concrete house.

This modular house is located in a residential area near Valencia. It has 287 m² distributed over two floors, with gym, studio, games room and private infinity pool. It is a version of the Sotogrande model from the Spain inHAUS Collection 111.

This means that it is based on a design from our catalogue and has been slightly adapted to the customer’s tastes and needs. In this way, we created a customised house in a record time of 5 months.

Luxury prefabricated house, elegance and exclusivity

The house endeavours to make the most of the view. Set on a sloping plot, the design achieves great views of the sea on the horizon. The Mediterranean Sea, from the large veranda, the pool area and even from the large living-dining-kitchen and the master bedroom.

The façade is painted in white one-coat paint (Mediterranean style) and clad in natural stone from South East Asia. A perfect way to combine both worlds, according to the client’s taste and wishes.

This modular house manages to create a very continuous space in its interior. The kitchen is open-plan, modern in an open space, but separated from the living room. The kitchen is in white and neutral tones, like the rest of the interior of the house. Natural colours combine with the floors and the rest of the rooms.

It is an H-shaped house with an exceptional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom taking centre stage. It also includes a bathroom that is a real spa and a very special dressing room.

Both the large bathroom and the dressing room have two skylights that provide natural light. Zenithal lighting, completely vertical. The spa area also features the most important exotic element: a natural stone brought specially from Bali
