This modular house is located in a high quality residential area in Binibeca, on the island of Menorca in Spain. An ideal place to spend the holidays and the summer. This house is the result of adapting the Benidorm model of our Collection 111 in Spain to the tastes of our clients, a prefabricated house with clean lines and Mediterranean aesthetics.

A total of 221 m² distributed over a single floor, with a private garden and swimming pool. A comprehensive service from inHAUS with planning, construction, urbanisation and interior design.

The white, single-layer façade, the local stone fencing and the integration into the autochthonous vegetation allow this house to merge with the natural environment of Menorca, respecting both the landscape and the architectural character of the island.

The house has carpentry details with a natural wood finish that adds warmth to the whole. The entire design, from the layout of the garden to the interior decoration, has been designed to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing home that is fully adapted to the Mediterranean lifestyle. A modern, modular house that blends respectfully and harmoniously into an island that has been declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO.

Thanks to our industrialised EMOHA system, this modular house is manufactured and delivered within five months. This system was developed to meet the challenges of building on islands such as Menorca, where material and labour shortages are a reality. This offsite solution makes it possible to maintain the highest standards in terms of quality, energy efficiency and sustainability while complying with the strictest environmental regulations.
