In the Community of Madrid we find one of our most special houses. This modular house is divided into two floors with a plot of a considerable unevenness and a distribution in plant that acquires an O shape. With rounded volumes that enhance the lines and the use of noble materials such as technological wood.

This modular house is completely customised and adapts to the client’s lifestyle and needs. This is because our inHAUS system is very flexible and can adapt to any type of plot or dimension of the project. This modular house is divided into two floors, with the particularity that access is from the first floor.

The main access to this modular house is on the first floor. We enter it and find a hall that distributes the four rooms on this floor. The rooms consist of a complete suite and three single rooms and a bathroom.

Sophisticated interior for an exclusive home

Next to the hallway is the staircase that leads to the ground floor, where the entire day area is located. On this floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. Also on this floor is the kitchen, which is fitted with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, and the living-dining room, which is completely open-plan to create a greater sense of space. Next to the living-dining room is a small semi-open cinema room.

Through this ground floor there is access to the porch and the main garden, where the swimming pool and the tennis and paddle court are located.

Another special feature of this wonderful house is that you can enter an adjoining room through the garden that is independent of the main house. This annex is equipped with a kitchen, a living-dining room and a complete bathroom.

Among the materials of this house we find in the facade a ceramic material model Petralava ivory colour together with the technological wood and the Kline grey carpentries.

The exterior cladding of the house is also made of the ceramic material Petralava, which runs through the whole house, including the terrace and the swimming pool, giving a feeling of continuity.

One of the outstanding elements of this luxury property in Madrid is undoubtedly its facilities. It has a paddle tennis court next to an adjoining room with games room, kitchen and toilet.

A modular house with an O-shaped floor plan that is visually characterised by the lateral volumetry that transforms the façade into a clear horizontal line.

There is a lake next to the house on the plot, which creates a connection with the surroundings and emphasises the Mediterranean style.
