The architectural firm inHAUS is presenting another of its modern prefabricated houses. In this case, it is a customised house in Toledo. It is a special project, a detached house between partitions with a very personalised style. And an exceptional realisation: nocturnal.
This modular house is the evolution of a customised model that has evolved and finally bears great similarities to one of the most famous models of the 111 collection and one of the most successful of inHAUS.
The concept of this house was to be able to share different spaces with the family. For this reason, it adds more than 228 m2 with the dining room and the living room to a spacious kitchen, with a seating area and sofas. This is the centrepiece of this modern modular home overlooking the garden.
In this case, inHAUS not only takes care of the exterior design project, but also adds a complete interior design studio.
Naturally, the architecture and interior design firm inHAUS Deco has been guided by the owners’ preferences when designing the three bedrooms, the study and the rest of the rooms.

A luxurious house in Toledo, a rustic
and modern interior
In this sense, the kitchen combines a rustic style with a decidedly modern touch that is so characteristic of the inHAUS company. An island in light tones combines with the wooden decor of the kitchen, which is fully equipped from the outset.
For the interior design, the inHAUS Deco team has selected the best brands to give the furniture a modern and very functional look. Top brands such as Sancal, Punt, Papiol, Treku, My Artist Lab, Güell La Madrid, Teulat, Aromas, Marset, Flos and Ondarreta were integrated into this interior design project.
The realisation of this prefabricated house in Toledo was unusual: it took place at night, without natural light. Thanks to inHAUS’ many years of experience, the work to install the modules did not begin until late in the evening. When the sky had already darkened, the work was carried out with the usual precision to connect the house and the foundations.
This was an almost unprecedented installation. Villen inHAUS already had the necessary expertise for building at night. It was carried out with absolute safety and in record time: just 4 hours. This had already been put into practice on another occasion near Valencia with a customised house (modelled on the one in Seville).
