The design of this villa is based on two references from the complete and varied catalogue of inHAUS houses. The Llucmajor and Sotogrande models from the 111 collection are combined in this attractive project. The closed cube and L-shaped design of the Llucmajor house merges with the perforated cube and H-shape of the Sotogrande, always with a more Mediterranean exterior design. Finally, this spectacular design is transformed into a new catalogue house: the Alicante model.

This play and change of volumes is due to the client’s needs. As the plot is more elongated, the orientation of the house on the plot and its volumes had to be in line with a more elongated design, not so wide.

The natural stone of the façade and a pergola surround the terrace and pool area of the house. The design makes the house one of the most attractive modular houses in Mallorca, as you can enjoy the views and the tranquillity.

One of the keys to this exclusive residence on Mallorca is the connection between inside and outside. The materials used on the façade and exterior are echoed in the interiors, such as natural stone.

A stone staircase connects the two floors and harmonises the interior and exterior design with the presence of this noble and natural material. The clarity of the lines, the powerful look, the fluidity of the spaces and the strength of the whole harmonise the beauty of this house and the purest Mediterranean style.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the ground floor, complemented by another room that can be used as a guest room.

The ceramic floor changes to wood on the upper floor. Here there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which are connected by a hallway with a dressing room, as well as a study or playroom.

The spacious living-dining room is independent from the kitchen, thanks to a very important element on both sides: a sculptural glass cabinet in the kitchen area, in front of a large 4.30 metre long island, and a fireplace in the living area.

On-site assembly

The 6 modules of this luxurious modular house were transported to Mallorca by ship and lorry.

A total of 6 modules were transported from our factory in Almussafes (Valencia) to Mallorca by ship and lorry. Due to the weight of the modules and the materiality of the façade, we were able to carry out this complex realisation in just half a day. Our construction and logistics system enables us to transport modules with façades made of heavy materials such as steel and natural stone.

Customisation inHAUS modular house

A tailor-made house for our clients, inspired by two models from our catalogue of 111 modular houses: the Llucmajor model and the Sotogrande model. Due to the orientation of the plot and its length, it was decided to adapt the aesthetics of the house to make the most of the plot and building area. For this reason, structural changes were made to the original models and a play with volumes on the sides of the house to extend it towards the day area, where the swimming pool is located, and to limit its width.

Modular house in Mallorca with an L-shaped floor plan. The clear, L-shaped lines make this house in Mallorca an aesthetically unique home. The layout of the interior spaces is based on the functionality of the rooms and the orientation of the views towards the day area. On the ground floor there is a complete suite with dressing room and bathroom, an open-plan living-dining room and a semi-open-plan kitchen. There is also an additional guest bedroom. Upstairs there is a games room and two further single bedrooms.
