With no pillars in sight, the impression is that the villa is flying over the terrain, creating a sense of peace and tranquillity that characterises this project.

Luxury villa in Costa Calma, an interior that exudes tranquillity

Visual spaciousness is a benchmark for modular homes with the inHAUS trademark. Maximum utilisation of the surroundings is achieved through the company’s modern design, which at the same time draws on the architectural traditions of the respective location. In this way, a perfect symbiosis with the surroundings is achieved.

In this customised house, the volumes play, floating, almost upside down, on an unimaginably steep terrain. This apparent lightness makes it possible, even if it is still possible, to enhance the feeling of calm and peace. The subtlety of the house’s supports gives it a special character.

The day area, in the upper part, houses the kitchen, the living room and the office and leads to the swimming pool and the terrace. The connection to the lower floor, the night area, is via a steel lattice staircase in the transition, which appears to be circular between the pine trees. A further impression of tranquillity is created when you reach a magnificent inner courtyard that opens onto a distributor and a yoga room. Everything is calm.

A sophisticated interior for a prefabricated house with a private courtyard

A paradisiacal mountain sloping down to the sea is the location of this house in the Costa de la Calma urbanisation on Mallorca. The well-deserved name of the place, just like this villa by inHAUS, inspires peace and tranquillity while exuding style. There is a sensual transition from a compressed, public outdoor area to a dreamlike spatial expansion.

The controlled autochthonous vegetation, the pine grove, the Mediterranean aroma, the view of the sea and a house with the autochthonous surfaces of single-layer mortar, this time in cream-coloured, neutral tones. The interior and exterior coexist in chromatic harmony.

Ceramic tiles with an earthy finish, large windows with openwork joinery, floors and sea stones blend the massive volumes into a natural terrain. The house rises slowly from the trees.

On-site assembly

The modules for this house were transported by ship and lorry from Valencia to Mallorca.

There is always something special about building a house on an island: first by land, then by sea and then by road again. The lushness of the trees and the narrowness of the settlement’s streets were saved by the experience of the entire team in a construction that had to be completed without daylight.
